Returns & Refund Requests
*A refund is not possible once a certification class has been scheduled and/or begun. Time and labor have gone into the scheduling and set up of classes.
Returns and Refund Policy: --Returns for Refunds We accept returns. Return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since purchase, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. Upon receipt of return we will notify you via email, with a reasonable time of refund (usually 7-14 days). If approved, a refund for purchase will be applied to the original method of payment. A restocking fee of $10 as well as a merchant processing fee of $5 will be applied to all refunds. -Questions on returns, please contact 1-877-248-1USA. --Refund without Item Request refund within 30 days of purchase and proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since purchase, refund cannot be offered. In order for a refund to be processed, product must not yet have been received.
